Third-Party Vendor Returns For items purchased from a third-party Vendor on UnitedStatesWholesale.com such as us, returns must be sent back directly to the Vendor, not to United States Wholesale Inc.

Acceptable Reasons for Return Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Items not as described
  • Defective items
  • Order sent to the wrong address
  • Items took too long to arrive
  • Ordered wrong items
  • Ordered items by mistake
  • Order is incomplete or missing items

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to the Vendor’s fault, the Vendor will cover all associated return costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will cover all associated return costs.

High-Value Returns For returns valued at $100 or more, the buyer must:

  • Insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise.
  • Use a trackable shipping service.
  • Use a signature shipping service.

Title of Returned Items The Title of returned items transfers to the Vendor only upon arrival at their warehouse.

Mistaken Returns

  • Ensure correct and complete items are enclosed for returns.
  • Contact the Vendor immediately if the wrong items are returned. No guarantee of finding and returning incorrect items is provided, and no compensation for such mistakes will be given.

International Return Policy

  • International returns may take more than 30 days to reach the Vendor.
  • Refunds are processed 4-5 business days after item receipt, with an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Pre-paid return shipping labels are not typically provided for international returns. The buyer must return items at their own expense using a trackable method.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, buyers are entitled to either a pre-paid return shipping label or reimbursement for the shipping cost.

This policy ensures clarity and fairness in the return process, protecting both the buyer’s and Vendor’s interests.
