Returns & Refunds POLICY

By using United States Wholesale WEBSITE AND Services, you agree to these return conditions. 

In order to avoid any conflict regarding returns or refunds, please make sure to read this page carefully and to distinguish the difference between buying from United States Wholesale Inc. and from one of the third-party vendors on unitedstateswholesale.com

Products Purchased from Third-Party Vendors

Make sure to check the Third-Party Vendor return policy on the product page BEFORE you complete any purchase. Each vendor might have a different policy. A vendor is NOT required to accept any requests for returns or refunds UNLESS the products are not as described, damaged, defective or any other reason that is the fault of the Vendor.

Most items sold on unitedstateswholesale.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment. Some products and/or Vendors might have different policies or requirements associated with them. Items that are not eligible for returns or refunds will have a visible statement available on the product page.

Most items on unitedstateswholsale.com are sold by third-party Vendors. When you order from a third-party Vendor that fulfills and ships its own inventory, your return is sent back to the Vendor instead of United States Wholesale. While most Vendors offer a return policy similar to United States Wholesale, some Vendor returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the Vendor before you complete a purchase by viewing the RMA Policy section on the Product Page or by visiting the Terms and Conditions section of the Vendor profile page. To view the Vendor’s return policy after you’ve received your order, you can click the “Request Return/Refund” link in Your Orders section that is located in Your Account.

When you order from a third-party Vendor that fulfills and ships its own inventory, your return is sent back to the Vendor and not United States Wholesale Inc. While many third-party Vendors offer the default policy provided by United States Wholesale Inc. Vendors have the option to adjust and provide their own customized returns policy and they may vary between Vendors. You can view the return policy of the Vendor before you complete a purchase by reviewing the “RMA Policy” section that is posted on all Product Pages. All items that are non-returnable will be clearly stated “No Returns or Refunds” above the “Add to Card” button on the Product Page. To view the Vendor’s return policy after you have completed your order, you can click the “Request Return/Refund” link in Your Orders section that is located on My Account page.

Unless it is clearly stated at the time of purchase that the third-party Vendor does not accept returns, and if the return request is made within the advertised return window, the Vendor must either a) provide a return address within the United States; or b) provide a prepaid return label; or c) offer a full refund without requesting the items be returned. If the Vendor do not offer any these methods to return your items, or is unresponsive, you may escalate the issue by contacting our Customer Service to assist you have the issue resolved. Failure by the Vendor to comply with these terms is subject to account suspension.

If the items the buyer is returning are valued at $100 or more, it is recommended that the buyer purchases shipment insurance for the value of the merchandise and ship the return with a signature shipping service. The buyer is 100% responsible for the return until it has been delivered to the vendor. Also, the buyer should make sure to return the items to the third-party Vendor using a trackable shipping service. If a return does not get delivered to the vendor, and the buyer did not use a trackable shipping method, or if the buyer refuses to pay for the return shipment, we may not be able to assist you with receiving a refund.

Third-party Vendors on unitedstateswholesale.com do not take title to the returned items until the item arrives at their warehouse. At the discretion of United States Wholesale Inc., a refund may or may not be issued.

In most cases, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

- MISTAKEN RETURNS

The buyer must make sure to enclose the correct and complete item/s when completing a return. The correct items must be returned to receive a refund.

If you accidentally sent the wrong items to the third-party Vendor, please contact the Vendor as soon as possible. United States Wholesale Inc .can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent back to any third-party Vendors.

- THIRD-PARTY VENDOR INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY​

Sometimes it may take more than 30 days for an item to reach the third-party Vendor once you return it. Once the item is received at their warehouse, it may take 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

For most international returns, third-party Vendors are not required to provide a pre-paid return shipping label. In this case, you will need to return the items at your own expense.

We recommend you return the items using a trackable method with the carrier of your choice.

If you return items because you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, you are entitled to either receive a pre-paid return shipping label or get reimbursed for the shipping cost from the Third-Party Vendor.

- ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS

Vendor is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If order was shipped before buyer updated the address, the buyer is responsible for all additional costs. Including "carrier interception", return shipping cost and restocking fee.

Vendor is only responsible for the return shipping cost if order was shipped to a address other than provided during checkout.

If order took more than 14 days to arrive, vendor is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and is subject to a restocking fee.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and is subject to a restocking fee.

Vendor is responsible for either the return shipping cost or sending missing items to the buyer.

If order was shipped before cancellation, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and is subject to a restocking fee.

RESTOCKING FEES

Vendors may charge a restocking fee between 5-20%.

It will vary on the size of the order and how much labor is required to be invested by the vendor.
