General Information & Features

  • Receive ACH deposit directly into your U.S. bank account.

Payouts

  • All payouts to Vendors will be made via direct deposit.  Valid U.S. bank routing and account numbers have to be provided.
  • There is a maximum of 2 Payouts every 30 days.
  • All funds will be reserved for 14 calendar days before Payouts occur (this includes any shipping cost paid by the Buyer).
  • Newly registered Vendors will have their funds reserved for 30 days or until the Buyer confirms the order (this is a 1-time precaution to verify the identity of the Vendors and that they are located within the United States).
  • Vendors that receive more than $600 in Payouts each calendar year will receive a 1099-MISC as required per U.S. Federal Tax Laws.

Marketplace Commission

  • The Marketplace Commissions (Selling Fees) are calculated based on the total order amount before shipping cost.
  • Shipping cost is not subject to Marketplace Commission and will be paid in full to the Vendor.
  • The Marketplace Commission Fees 12%
  • Payment Processing Fees are included in the Marketplace Commission Rate.
  • Earnings are automatically calculated on the create/edit product pages.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the location of the Vendor and Buyer and is added to the price set by the Vendor.

Cancellation Policy

There are no fees to cancel a Vendor Subscription and they can be cancelled at any time. Vendor Subscriptions are set up for recurring billing and once a recurring payment has been charged, it is non-refundable. To cancel a Vendor Subscription, simply click the “cancel” button on the Vendor Dashboard Subscription page. The renewal date is displayed on the same page, which makes it easy to keep track of any upcoming billing cycles.
