There are no fees to cancel a Vendor Subscription and they can be cancelled at any time. Annual Vendor Subscriptions are set up for recurring billing. All membership payments are non-refundable. This includes all one-time payments as well as all initial and recurring payments. To cancel a Vendor Subscription, simply click the “cancel” button on the Vendor Dashboard Subscription page. The renewal date is displayed on the same page, which makes it easy to keep track of any upcoming billing cycles.
