This item can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment.
When you order from us, a third-party Vendor on unitedstateswholesale.com, we fulfill and ship our own inventory, your return will have to get sent back to us and not United States Wholesale Inc.
Acceptable Return Reasons
– Items not as described
– Defective Items
– The order was sent to the wrong address
– Items took too long to arrive
– Ordered the wrong items
– Ordered items by mistake
– Order is incomplete/missing items
If the return is due to the fault made by of us, the Third-Party Vendor, we will be responsible for all costs associated with the return. In some cases, we may issue a refund without the need to return any items.
If the return is due to a fault of the buyer, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return. If items are not returned, we are not obligated to issue any refunds or credits.
If the items you are returning are valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Also, make sure to return the items using a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return the items.
We do not take title to the returned item until the item arrives at our warehouse.
– MISTAKEN RETURNS
Make sure to enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct items must be returned to receive a refund.
If you accidentally returned the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible. We can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent back.
– INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Sometimes it may take more than 30 days for an item to reach our warehouse once you return it. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it may take 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
For most international returns, we are not required to provide a pre-paid return shipping label. In this case, you will need to return the items at your own expense.
