Return Period Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Third-Party Vendor Returns For items purchased from a third-party Vendor on UnitedStatesWholesale.com such as us, returns must be sent back directly to the Vendor, not to United States Wholesale Inc.

Acceptable Reasons for Return Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Defective items
Order sent to the wrong address
Items took too long to arrive
Ordered wrong items
Ordered items by mistake
Order is incomplete or missing items

Return Costs

If the return is due to the Vendor’s fault, the Vendor will cover all associated return costs.
If the return is due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will cover all associated return costs.
